In addition to Live Chat and unlimited remote support MyITAssistant provides Remote Maintenance to remove viruses, spyware, and malware on a monthly base. In short we will Fix-it, Tune-it monthly so that you can Love-it. As a MyITAssistant member you can also utilize our Automated Backup cloud storage solution and Private Email accounts.
In supported geographic areas we offer On-Site Support. Some problems are best addressed in the environment in which they occur. MyITAssistant members receive a 33% discount for On-Site Support services from our non-member rate.
