For MyITAssistant customers that desire a more comprehensive support solution MyITAssistant Member Services offers several plans based upon how many users you wish to support. In addition to Live Chat and unlimited remote support MyITAssistant provides Remote Maintenance to remove viruses, spyware, and malware on a monthly base. In short we will Fix-it, Tune-it monthly so that you can Love-it. As a MyITAssistant member you can also utilize our Automated Backup cloud storage solution and Private Email accounts.

In supported geographic areas we offer On-Site Support. Some problems are best addressed in the environment in which they occur. MyITAssistant members receive a 33% discount for On-Site Support services from our non-member rate.
