Russell Kirkpatrick Founder of MyITAssistant

Russell Kirkpatrick was first introduced to computer technology with the TRS-80, Commodore VIC-20 and Atari systems. Tweaking games became the initial step in a long journey of programming. Shortly thereafter Russ completed one of two text based adventure games, comprised of nearly 21,000 lines of sequential code. Russell Kirkpatrick worked for several casinos in Las Vegas developing computer systems that managed, tracked, and audited casino game profit losses.

Russell started his first online business venture in Phoenix, Arizona - Vast Access. Vast Access was an interactive online classified system matching sellers with buyers. Following this venture, Russ obtained his Associates in Software Engineering, where he started working with network technologies. Working with InstallCo Computer Services, he assisted USWest installing VDSL high-speed Internet services for residential customers, and lead support teams for residential computer support. Managing residential, businesses and commercial LAN and WAN networks and servers, he began gaining telecommunications experience. Russ completed his system and network certifications for becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and CompTIA certified professional, in both A+ and Network+.

MyITAssistant emerged in late 2002, as a spin off from Codernotes, which matched employers with job seekers as an online service. MyITAssistant transformed from locating jobs for computer technicians to providing onsite and remote computer support services. MyITAssistant quickly filling the need for computer assistance in private residential communities. Built completely by referrals, MyITAssistant today has provided computer support services to over 6,000 residential and business clients in United States, Canada, United Kindom, Philipines, France, Spain, and Norway.

Juan Solano III President MyITAssistant

Juan began his Information Systems Technology Career in the United States Air Force in Computer Operations. While attending Metropolitan State College to obtain his Bachelors of Science in Computer and Management Science he held a variety of positions such as System Analyst, System Programmer, Programmer Analyst and Operations Manager. Industries were Banking, Wholesale distribution, Manufacturing and Consulting.

Juan joined Berger & Co. an Information Management Consulting firm as a consultant and later became President of Berger & Co. As President he shared senior executive management responsibility with Wayne Berger the CEO to drive revenue growth, develop strategic plan, business unit development, operations, marketing, finance, employee compensation programs, administration and P&L management. Offices were in Denver, Dallas, Houston and Salt Lake City with 475 employees and $50,000,000 in overall revenue.
